Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of shipgopick.com and the ShipGoPick portal. By creating an account, requesting a quote or booking a shipment you accept them.

Who you are contracting with

ShipGoPick is a brand owned and operated by PGM Distributors, which owns the customer relationship and is the party you contract with.

• PGM Distributors (Partnership, GSTIN 07ABGFP6952M1ZL) — brand owner and contracting party, registered at 4732/21, Ansari Road, Daryaganj, New Delhi, Central Delhi, Delhi 110002.
• WorldWay Logistics (Proprietorship of Gaurav Bajpai, GSTIN 09AIEPB1029Q2Z6) — executes the logistics. Registered at E-17, Swarna Jayanti Puram, Main Govindpuram Road, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201013.
• The Laddership by Panthrai OPC Consulting Private Limited — builds and maintains the software, in consulting partnership with PGM Distributors. Not a party to any shipping contract; see Technology Provider.

Accounts

Portal access is invite-only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been compromised. We may suspend an account that is being used to ship prohibited goods or to mis-declare consignments.

Quotes and charges

• A quote is priced on billed weight — the higher of actual and volumetric weight, rounded up to the next slab on the applicable rate card.
• The figure shown at booking is the amount charged. Quotes are re-priced server-side at the moment you commit, and the rate-card version used is stored against the order.
• Duties, taxes and import charges levied at destination are separate from freight and are the consignee's or your responsibility depending on the terms of sale.
• Where a carrier bills us a corrected weight or a surcharge after the fact, we may pass that adjustment on, with the supporting document.

Your obligations

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you ship. In particular: correct HSN classification, an honest declared value, accurate contents descriptions, and holding the registrations that apply to you, such as an IEC and GST registration where required.

Deliberately understating a declared value, mis-describing contents or mis-classifying goods is your risk entirely. It can result in seizure, penalties and prosecution at destination, and we will not indemnify you against it.

Prohibited and restricted goods

You may not ship anything prohibited by Indian export law, by the destination country, or by the carrier handling the consignment. Restricted categories — including but not limited to batteries, liquids, perishables and anything requiring destination-market registration — need our written agreement before booking.

Liability

Our liability for loss of or damage to a consignment is limited to the compensation actually recoverable from the carrier under its terms of carriage, plus a refund of the freight we charged. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost sales, lost marketplace ranking, lost profit or reputational harm.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes, governing law

We may change these terms; the revision date at the top shows when they last changed materially. They are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
