What we collect, and what we don’t.

What this page covers

This covers the ShipGoPick public website: the home page, this blog, and the private-label enquiry form. The signed-in portal is covered by the agreement you accept when your account is created.

What we collect, and when

We only collect what you type in. There are no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts and no cookies set for marketing purposes on these pages.

• Email capture (home page and blog): your email address, which section of the site you submitted it from, and the referring page.
• Private-label enquiry form: your name, company, email, phone, the markets and categories you selected, and whichever optional details you chose to give — website, sales channels, SKU counts, expected volumes, trademark and IEC status, shipping arrangements, timeline and notes.
• Campaign attribution: if you arrived from a link carrying utm_source, utm_medium or utm_campaign, we store those values along with the page you landed on.
• Anti-abuse: a salted, irreversible hash of your IP address, used only to rate-limit the enquiry form. We do not store the address itself and the hash cannot be turned back into one.

Why we collect it

To reply to you. An enquiry is scored against our own qualification rules so the team can prioritise responses — that score is internal, is never shared, and has no effect on the price you are quoted.

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is live, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we can pick it up again if you come back. Email-capture addresses are kept until you ask us to remove them. Rate-limit hashes are kept for a rolling hour.

Who can see it

Inside ShipGoPick, enquiries are visible only to staff holding the owner or ops manager role. This is enforced by the database itself, not by the interface. Our hosting and database providers process the data on our behalf under their own terms.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it — there is no form to fill in and no charge.
