Private label · Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk & Shopify

Your brand on the shelf. Someone else’s factory.

We source from vetted Indian manufacturers, put your label on it, and ship it to your customers or into Amazon FBA. You own the brand outright — no factory, no inventory gamble, no 40-foot container to fill.

How it works

Five steps from idea to sellable stock.

  1. Pick products

Tell us the category and the look you want. We shortlist manufacturers we have already vetted and come back with options and indicative costs.

  2. Samples & lab tests

You approve a physical sample before anything is committed. We arrange the lab testing your destination market expects for that product type.

  3. Your brand label

Artwork, barcodes and labelling built to US/UK requirements. Labels read “Distributed by <your brand>” — our name appears nowhere on them.

  4. Production & storage

The run is produced, quality-checked against your approved sample, packed to marketplace specification and stored until you need it.

  5. Ship

Parcel-per-order to your customers through ShipGoPick, or a bulk consignment into Amazon FBA. You can switch, or run both.

The split

What we handle, and what stays yours.

The three things you bring are the three things that must be in your name for the brand to actually be yours. We do not hold them on your behalf.

We handle

  • Sourcing from vetted Indian manufacturers
  • Quality control against your approved sample
  • Label and packaging artwork for US/UK requirements
  • Lab testing arrangements
  • Packing and storage
  • Shipping — parcel per order, or bulk into FBA

You bring

  • Your trademark (registered or filed)
  • Your IEC — Importer Exporter Code
  • Your marketplace or store account

Don’t have the trademark or IEC yet? Still worth talking — we can sequence the sourcing work while those come through.

Categories

Three categories we know properly.

We would rather be genuinely good at three than vaguely available in twenty.

Home textiles & decor

Cushion covers, throws, table linen, rugs and small decor. India's deepest manufacturing base, and the easiest category to differentiate on design.

Incense & puja items

Incense sticks and cones, holders, diyas and gift sets. Strong, steady demand in both markets from diaspora and wellness buyers.

Packaged spices, snacks & tea

Packaged spices and blends, namkeen and snacks, loose and bagged tea. Food labelling is stricter, which is exactly where our label work earns its keep.

Not offered: ayurvedic products and supplements. Both carry destination-market registration requirements we are not set up to support, and we would rather say so here than at the sampling stage. Cosmetics are not available yet, but we expect to add them.

Getting it there

Two routes. You can run both.

Parcel from India

Ships per order, direct to the customer.

  • No stock committed to a warehouse abroad
  • Start selling before you commit to volume
  • Freight is charged per parcel
  • Delivery in days, not same-day

When it fits: Suits higher-value items and multi-unit orders, where the freight is a small share of the sale.

Bulk into Amazon FBA

One consignment, Amazon fulfils.

  • Prime badge and Amazon's delivery promise
  • Freight cost spread across the whole consignment
  • Stock sits in Amazon's warehouse, with their fees
  • Needs demand you can forecast

When it fits: Suits fast-moving, low-price items where delivery speed drives the sale and per-parcel freight would eat the margin.

Not sure which? Say so on the form — we will recommend one in your estimate, based on your price point and volumes.

Questions

Before you fill anything in.

Who owns the brand?

You do, entirely. The trademark is registered in your name, the listings are on your marketplace account, and the labels read "Distributed by <your brand>". ShipGoPick is your supplier and shipper — we hold no claim over the brand, the artwork or the customer relationship, and nothing we make for you carries our name.

What are the MOQs?

They vary by product and by manufacturer — a printed cushion cover starts far lower than a custom-blended tea. Most launch categories start in the low hundreds of units per design. We confirm the exact minimum for your shortlist as part of your estimate, so you are not committing to a number before you have seen it.

How long until I have sellable stock?

For a first product, typically six to ten weeks end to end: about a week to shortlist manufacturers, two to three weeks for samples and lab testing, one week to sign off labels and artwork, then three to five weeks for production and packing. Repeat orders of an existing SKU are much faster because the sampling and label work is already done.

Do you handle US customs?

We prepare and file the export documentation from India and provide the commercial invoice and customs paperwork each shipment needs. We also calculate the current duties and import charges as part of your landed-cost estimate, so you are pricing with the real number rather than a guess. Clearance itself is always the destination authority's decision — what we can promise is complete, accurate paperwork, not an outcome.

Is my manufacturer's name disclosed to customers?

No. Your labels and packaging carry your brand only. We introduce you to the manufacturer during sampling so you know exactly who is making your product and can visit or audit them — but nothing in the packaging, the listing or the shipping documents shown to your customer names them.

What does it cost?

It depends on the product and the volume — unit cost, testing, labelling and freight all move with what you are making and how much of it. Send us your product list and expected monthly units and we will come back with a landed-cost estimate within 2 working days, with current duties calculated in.

Which products can you not do?

We do not offer ayurvedic products or supplements. Both carry destination-market registration requirements we are not set up to support, and we would rather say so now than at the sampling stage. Cosmetics are not available yet either, though we expect to add them.

Should I ship parcels from India, or send bulk to Amazon FBA?

Parcel-per-order from India suits higher-value items and multi-unit orders, and lets you start without committing stock to a warehouse abroad. Bulk into FBA suits fast-moving, low-price items where Prime delivery speed drives the sale and per-parcel freight would eat the margin. Many sellers start on parcel and move their best sellers to FBA once the demand is proven — you can run both at once.
